OMEALS® Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal contains fibre-boosting, steel-cut oats with sweet cream and the richness of maple brown sugar. This breakfast favourite is made from 100% whole grains, enjoy it as a balanced way to start the day.

Self heating and fully cooked: With OMEALS, you do not need a stove, fire or even fresh water. All you need is a few ounces of any non-flammable liquid and the heating pad inside the bag will heat up your food in minutes.

Never dehydrated or freeze dried: This means they retain their original freshness. The difference in freshness is one reason you should always opt for a fully cooked OMEALS.

Powered by NXH® Heating Technology: Tested and certified non-toxic, odourless and safe to use in confined spaces. The blend of non-toxic chemicals inside a non-woven fabric pad are sealed with ultrasonic sealing technology and individually wrapped in foil. This is contained inside a OMEALS multi-layered constructed gusset bag, including a high heat resistant open zipper, a steam vent and instructions.

How to use:

1. Remove all contents
2. Place food pouch inside Omeals bag
3. Add any liquid to fill line
4. Add heating pad
5. Quickly close bag and let steam
6. Once finished heating, open and enjoy!
