Lansky’s Quick Edge knife sharpener features a carbide Pull-Thru style sharpening element. Designed to sharpen different knife types in under 10 passes.
Features
- Ergonomic Plastic molded housing
- Finger guard and thumb rest
- Right or Left handed use
Every steel is different: strokes and effort needed to sharpen may vary. DO NOT use heavy pressure, it will risk damaging your blade or the sharpener.
Sharpening angles are pre-set at 22.5º to achieve a 45º inclusive angle.
