There is no point applying a fresh water repellent treatment to dirty fabric – whether that’s a tent or outdoor furniture covers.  Without prior cleaning, the DWR treatment sticks to the dirt on the surface of the fabric, and when it falls off – so does any water repellency.

Fabsil Universal Cleaner is a mild detergent with a great cleaning action that removes dirt from the surface of all fabrics without leaving behind any residues that can effect subsequent treatments.
